SX2501/2601 Security Server does not require a separate PC for administration and function. It allows simultaneous recording and remote access to live views and playback of recorded images.

A separate surveillance network can be formed by connecting SX2501/2601 with up to four IP cameras to a switch thereby minimising impact on the main network traffic.

Simple IP Surveillance Solution

The SX2501/2601 Security Server does not require a PC as direct access via a keyboard and mouse is possible. When deployed together with IP cameras, SX2501/2601 offers a comprehensive surveillance solution for detecting shoplifters, increasing personnel safety or viewing your premises remotely.

Manage directly or over the Network

SX2501/2601 can be managed in three ways

• Direct login via keyboard, mouse and an output device (Any Television or Monitor)
• Management over the Local Area Network (LAN) via a PC (Password protected; management can be disabled)
• Remote Administration - Management over the Internet (Password protected; can be disabled)

Network Recording Solution

The SX2501/2601 is easy to install and use. It also offers an ideal recording solution. It can connect directly to your Network or can be installed separately (from your main Network) on another dedicated security network.

Hard disk or Optical Media Storage

Both SX2501 and 2601 offer Hard disk storage with up to 240 GB of disk space. However, SX2601 is equipped with a CD/DVD RW drive. An external hard disk can also be attached to both models via USB.
